Re: can't connect to wifi

Hey danp,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

Remove the saved Wi-Fi® network from the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ and then re-connect with the Wi-Fi network and put in the correct password.

Click on the drop down menu in Wi-Fi where it says Available Networks and  choose Saved Networks.  Click on the Pencil icon and you can remove the saved Wi-Fi profile.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Cheers.

Re: can't connect to wifi

I have the same problem.  I have tried that, but I still can't connect.  It is as if my password was incorrect.  Any suggestions?

Thanks

Double check where caps and numerals are that you select 123sym each time a numeral is required and arrow upaA every time a cap is needed
