i'm getting the message "this configuration has been disabled. unable to acquire an IP address. Verify saved network security settings." how do i verify my security settings and what is wrong ?

Remove the saved Wi-Fi® network from the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ and then re-connect with the Wi-Fi network and put in the correct password.
Click on the drop down menu in Wi-Fi where it says Available Networks and choose Saved Networks. Click on the Pencil icon and you can remove the saved Wi-Fi profile.
