cannot log in to blackberry using my log in ID

   I have purchased a blackberry playbook. I get started the setup, when I reach the log in of blackberry ID I was not able to log in he stated that " unknown error server 6"

Please help me......

Are you able to login to your BlackBerry ID by going to www.blackberry.com/blackberryid also do you get an error message with that error server 6?

 

Do you have a BlackBerry smartphone?  Are you able to login to the BlackBerry ID on that smartphone?

Hello ViciousFerret,

   I can log-in my blackberry ID to http://www.blackberry.com/blackberryid without any error.

 

   For my blackberry 9300 I cannot log in too....

Do you receive the same error on the BlackBerry Curve 9300 or do you receive a different error?

 

Also try changing the password when logging into the BlackBerry ID from the computer and then attempt to login from the BlackBerry PlayBook.

 

Let me know if the issue still persists.

Hi Vicious Ferret,

 

Good day!!!

When I try to open the application world on my blackberry curve 9300 the error is "Data service is not operational"

I also try to change my password of my blackberry ID from the computer and but still the error comes out  (unknown error server 6).

I even try to create a new Blackberry ID and after confirmation I try to log in in my playbook but the problem still the same.

What country are you currently located in?

 

Also try creating a new BlackBerry ID with a new email address at www.blackberry.com/blackberryid and let me know if you get the same error.

Also STC is Saudia Arabia.  He hasn't a hope.
