Hi. I bought playbook display unit from the shop where I am working. I have done hard reset and software update. Now after booting I am getting error:
could not connect to update server. (65792)
Any idea how to fix it ?

Hoje, 27/01/2014, fiz um RESET, digitando "blackberry" no meu Playbook, comprado em 15-01-2014, e o mesmo agora nao passa da tela de configuração em ATUALIZACAO DE SOFTWARE"! A mensagem exibida é: NÃO É POSSÍVEL CONECTAR-SE AO SERVIDOR DE ATUALIZAÇÃO. (65792). Preciso urgentemente do meu Playbook para trabalho, e estou tendo prejuizos! Por favor Blackberry, nos responda o mais rapido possivel!
Today/ 27/01/2014, i do a RESET, writing "blackberry" at my Playbook options, brought in 2014/01/15, and it now dont bypass the configuration screen called SOFTWARE UPDATE / ACTUALIZATION! The showed message is: "Not is possible connect to update (actualization) service! (65792)." I need sooner my PLaybook to work with it, and i´m having money losses because of this! Please BLACKBERRY, answer us as soon as possible!

BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V

This solution does not work for me as well. I think the reason is that my software is the newest one, so the device can not be updated.
any other solution ? Or tutorial how to complitly wipe the device out?
Once device will be wiped the soluton should work (in my opinion).
