for what it is worth tammy, I have shut my playbook down until the problem has been resolved.

 

I have been assured here that when it is, a post will be made.

 

I hope the mods do do that, because, an email notification would remove uncertainty.

There is a Blackberry page on Facebook. I've already asked the question on there 2 hours ago (no response) and I see someone else has just asked the same question.

3-7 days from today .. i called 28th .. although im in uk now so its not 29th but basicaly a few hours ago i was told they will have defanatly have it fixed by 3-7 day so 5th feb shoud be be resolved by them and if its not then i have been told to re-contact them
