error 4003 is usually a hardware fault and you need to contact support for it and hopefully its under warranty

This is true. I've not seen another software fix for this error 4003

Re: error 65792 playbook 1

No thanks on his offer because he couldn't help you fix an error that everybody in the world was getting, but you wouldn't read through a thread to see it was happening everything and was an issue internally in blackberry. Wow.

Re: error 65792 playbook 1

Hello Everyone,

Now this issue has seemingly been resolved. I would like Blackberry/RIM to provide some information.

1. What was the actual problem?

2. Why was there a lack of communication from BB/RIM on the issue?

3. What steps are being implemented to prevent this issue from occurring again?

4. Why no option to bypass the check of the update server? [I was already on  v2.1.0.1753]?

5. When, If ever, will OTG [On the Go] support be implemented [not related to this issue] but would be nice to have implemented?

6. What provisions have been set aside for customers/clients potential financial losses [The training Centre that had to close springs to mind]

Regards.

Re: error 65792 playbook 1

Thanks for highlighting.

Based on my personal experience, Blackberry does not care about customer satisfaction.

Blackberry is no more in my list of choices for telecommunication or other devices.
