froze

My playbook was having a few problems andnow itjust froze, stayingon the main app page, doing nothing, won't do anything if I click on an icon and the screen will not move.

Before you resort to upgrading OS, try holding down the three buttons,  ON, Vol- and Vol+ together for 20 sec til it  switches off.

Touch ON again to restart if it does not start by itself.
