Make sure to push + button first.

Yup I pushed and help + button then pushed and help power at same time then after 20 second let go of both same time nothing happened
By the way thank you for all the help

No problem. Don't give up yet. Do the same thing but hold them for a little longer...maybe 40 seconds

Hmmm. Have you tried the 3 button reset. Its kind of hard to do and I am not sure if it still works after the last few updates.
If your playbook is brand new you could try returning it.

3 button reset. Push and hold + and - signs and the power button.

Three button reset has been obsolete for nearly a year. Power button only required. Do some research before advising.
