internet problems

The email app that comes on the tablet isn't working right, it's telling me an error occurred and it won't let me delete my emails. The second issue is that when I am on the Web browser, it will stop loading the pages and tell me that there was an error. It's not my router or wifi because the laptops and the phones have no such problems. What is this?

Try disconnecting from that router, deleting the WiFi router profile on your PB and then touch the PB battery icon > RESTART.


Now, after restarted, go back to add that WiFi connection again.
