My Device: BlackBerry Playbook
My Carrier: WiFi only (well, I do have a cheap Nokia with 7/11 SpeakOut)

Re: netflix

Netflix needs Microsoft Silverlight to work and the PlayBook's browser does not supprot Microsoft Silverlight.  Silverlight is not used by many video service proiders and Netflix is the ony major provider to have done so.  It is not in BB's interest to implement Silverlight solely for the benefit of Netflix.  That leaves it up to Netflix to provide an app which does not rely on Silverlight which Netflix seems to be loathe to do.

We'll see what happens when the Z10 and Q10 gain more traction and the PlayBook gets the BB10 OS.  We may then see Netflix try and develop something.

When you are too close to a situation you need to step back and get a little perspective. When you do you will notice there was a whole forest you couldn't see before because you were too close, and focusing on the trees.
Simply that you have focused on the many details and have failed to see the overall view, impression or key point.
