no device

[ Edited ]

Dear Sirs:

I was trying to download applications on my Blackberry Playbook but I was always prompted a "NO DEVICE" detected. What is this message?

I also noticed that the Playbook was not listed on the the device. It seem that the Playbook is not listed on the device list either new or old device. [personal information removed]

Please let me know what to do.

Thank you,

Juanito
