Are you currently connected to a Wi-Fi network? Also are you trying to connect to another BlackBerry PlayBook or a BlackBerry 10 smartphone?
When was the last time you could successfully connect to video chat?

Connected to home wifi withno problems for several weeks and then nothing - just comes up with video chat error. From reading forum only solution appearsto be to back up and then wipe playbook down and start again. Not being a techie trying to leave this as last option, but i think i am running out of options. Just noticed that i cannot get iplayer to play either. Is this all part of the same problem?
