problem connecting playbook to pc

i had this problem from last year but was fixed but when i tried to connect my PB last week it said initializing device access after which it wasn't mounted as z drive, when i tried to connect it via BB desktop software it said failed to connect playbook to PC and asked if i need to retry, update/repair or cancel. i tried retrying many times but all in vain so today i repaired my playbook after which it connected for once but after which when i tried to open it it said " 169.254.xxx.xxx media is not accessable"

 

OS version - 2.1.0.1526

BBDM version - 7

BBDS version - 7.1

 

i've tried reinstalling bbdm but it didnt fixed problem Smiley Sad

in bbdm it shows ipv4 and time connected but no volume mounted.
