screen frozen

HI

just bought new playbook 32 GB I've turned it on first screen was language selection 

but it was totaly frozen i couldnt choose language 

i did the hard restart and update it via desktop software 

but that didnt work i hope you could help me with that

Are you on WiFi? Make sure your WiFi reception is good.
