the update starts from mid-point

Hi, I gave a security wipe and again started but it wanted a update to version to the latest one which I already had. I again performed it. After going to 270MB out of 313 it starts again from 250MB. It is happening sice last 3 days. It tells me wifi not connected where as it is connected to my other devices. I just want to get rid of this problem. Pls help me

Hi xtrimzak,

 

Try plugging your BlackBerry PlayBook into your PC and launch the BlackBerry Desktop Software to try doing the software update.
