unable to display the blackberry id agreement.

where it said country none selected will not load and agreement id will not display.

try to connect with some other wifi.. Try 3 other different network.. it wil sure help . Smiley Happy

I'M STILL HAVE PROBLEMS I CAN NOT SETUP MY PLAYBOOK SAME PROBLEM,AGREE OR NOT TO AGREE WILLNOT LIGHT UP CAN SET MY BOOK UP AGAIN PLEASE HELP.

thanks for your help,after downloading blackberry update play will not turn on what yhe problem do you have to wait for some time.

have tried 2 wi fi sites. will not display country but got to select language.
