unable to install 2.0.1.358

does anyone have any ideas what i can do?....im setting up my playbook and it keeps giving me a message that says...unable to install playbook os update...it prompts me to try again and the same message comes up and it doesnt give me any other options

Hi there,

 

I bought the BB playbook yesterday and it appears that I have the same issue. I was going through the initial configuration screen and it then download the new configuration module (24MB) and on installing it the error message displayed - "Unable to Install" Playbook OS Update Version 2.0.1.358.

 

I then spent few good hours with developer and he suggested use different WI-if network and then try again. I used my mobile phone WI-fi router and connect it with Playbook to download the software but no success!

 

Could someone kindly enlighten us what could be possible resolution?

Try to plug your playbook to desktop manager and update it be sure that u have installed latest version on yr pc.
