Re: unable to install

Hi there,

I bought the BB playbook yesterday and it appears that I have the same issue. I was going through the initial configuration screen and it then download the new configuration module (24MB) and on installing it the error message displayed - "Unable to Install" Playbook OS Update Version

I then spent few good hours with developer and he suggested use different WI-if network and then try again. I used my mobile phone WI-fi router and connect it with Playbook to download the software but no success!

Could someone kindly enlighten us what could be possible resolution?
