unable to purchase application from app world

Hi, I've 32 GB WiFI Playbook. Updated to new OS 10 days back , after that I have follwoing problem -


1- In appworld, I have no problems to download free apps, but when I try to buy apps, I click puchase  a paid application, there's nothing happening.


2-  I thought my account information has been deleted after OS update hence I swiped down top bezel & TAP PAYMENT OPTIONS but nothing is happening


3- I alwas connect using WiFi, I do not connect to PC


if there is a solution at these issues , I would be very happy about the playbook, thank you
