urgent help

Help please my pb is stocked at the software update for the past 3 weeks I bought it, its so frustrating. Kip saying either 'could not connect to the update server. (3000) or (2011) please try changing your settings. And I can't seems to use it without the software being updated?

Make sure it is off plug it into pc and turn on make sure blackberry desktop software is already loaded and click restore Hope this helps

Download the Desktop Software here:

Then, connect your Playbook to the PC via the USB cable and you should be given a message on the PC to update.

Sorry my friend those instructions are inaccurate. See those immediately above from JSanders.   Your instructions simply restore data from a backup and will not force an OS update. 

 

The PB must remain off.  The invitation is to Update, not Restore.

when the DM tells us to repair . it then says their are no OS updates .. why is this so ??
