I am also having the same issue . I downloaded the DS but then it says their are no OS updates available ??

please guide what to do ...

There have been some reports of the Playbook OS not being available but it's not permanent.

What is the EXACT error you are getting when you try to upgrade?

What is the EXACT OS release currently installed on your Playbook?

It says COULD NOT CONNECT TO THE UPDATE SERVER (.3000). PLEASE TRY CHANGING YOUR SETTINGS.

It dont know the exact software version but the platform version is 1.0.2.2078

 Make sure you find a FREE and NO-PASSWORD location to try this setup. Like a McDonalds.

Or if at your home, make sure you have no password set on your home WiFi router and that are not set to N-type WiFi signal.
