Our push essentials credentials arrived and I have replaced the eval URL with the production one but I am now receiving a 502 "gateway error" when trying to register for push registrations: i.e.
.. returns 502
Everything is the same as when it was running ok on the eval server apart from the base URL and the new app id. I have logged onto the CP admin portal and our app is active.
I have searched around and I am not the first to get this issue but I can't find a solution.
Can anyone help?

Thanks for your response. The server uses a "cp<my number>" prefix to push messages, the client doesn't.
However.... the 502 errors have now gone and the client can register successfully. No change since Friday, it just started working...hmmm.
Anyway, the server messages are not coming through but i'll take that up in another thread.

Which file or how we can add "cp<num from RIM>" on the server side.
So, the client just call BPSS url without <num from RIM> prefix?
