BlackBerry push server unavailable from certain locations

[ Edited ]

We're having a problem with your server-side implementation of BlackBerry push services. At our office and several other locations we can reach https://pushapi.eval.blackberry.com/mss/PD_pushRequest without problem, but from our server the connection is reset after sending the headers.

Specifically, using curl to get https://pushapi.eval.blackberry.com/mss/PD_pushRequest from our office simply returns a 401 Unauthorized error. Using the same command from our server results in a connection reset.

Is it possible that our server IP is somehow blacklisted?

Thank you very much for your help!

Edit: I would like to emphasize that a connection is successfully made. Only after the HTTP headers have been sent the connection is reset. So there don't seem to be any firewall issues.
