A thousand thank yous to you. It seems this was the only way to make any progress. There definitely could be improvements in the  customer service for the push service area. It was really not an enjoyable experience. But on the other hand, your service was awesome.

Hai, i get the same problem too, already register to use the evaluate using push service but didnt get response, i already waiting more than 5 bussines day.
Can anyone help me?

Dear BlackBerry Push Service Team,

 

Even I am having the same issue. I have registered an application for push service. and i have not heard from the team about the registration process.  i have mailed the detailed to 'BlackBerryPushServices@rim.com'

 

Is there a phone number for contact. 

 

please advise.
