Do you have a blackberry plan with your service provider?
Go into setup and add e-mail account. Select..ie yahoo, other, etc..follow instructions. You should receive a reply from the Activation Server that your e-mail account is active.

Thanks for your message.
I,ve blackberry plan activated, but for push service registration I used the email id which is not configured on device.
It doesn't matter what email id I have provide to register for the same. Because service request is for testing not production.
