Duplicate application

I have received an email from BlackBerry Push Services that told me that it was a duplicate application,the application is GeeVee, when the previous record of this application Expiry Date (MM/DD/YYYY):10/9/2012,

Service TypeSmiley Tonguelus.
 
How can I get status?
