How to Debug Push

Hi ,

Is there a way to debug a end to end push?

On my server, I get the status : "The request has been accepted for processing.:1001" when sending a basic text push to my device.

On the device I follow the documentation https://developer.blackberry.com/html5/documentation/beta/cs_creating_pushservice_object.html#jza134...

I get success for push service creation and channel creation.

But I Never see any push message arriving on my device.

I have absolutely no idea what the problem is, and how to debug it.

Pin number : 2B44A79D

Many attemps where done the 6th of january 2014 between 18h-21h french time.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards

Re: How to Debug Push

End-to-end debugging is not possible as the push flows through the BlackBerry Servers, though you can debug your client to see if the app is getting invoked with the push once sent from your server.

I would check the invoke target ID value set in the bar-descriptor to ensure it is the same one used to create the push session on the device, that's a common point of failure.

Goodbye everybody!
