I applied to change BlackBerry Push Service from Eval to Production on 10/16/13 but got no response yet.

As of yesterday all EVAL and PROD account requests have been issued. If you did not receive your credentials email then please submit again.
I am hoping to issue accounts within 1-2 business days moving forward.
