I applied for Push Service Production over a week ago but got no reply yet.

I applied to change BlackBerry Push Service from Eval to Production on 10/16/13 but got no response yet.

 

Eval Application ID: XXX-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

 

Please advise.

I've sent 2 emails to blackberrypushservices@blackberry.com since 10/28 but still got no response.

As of yesterday all EVAL and PROD account requests have been issued. If you did not receive your credentials email then please submit again. 

 

I am hoping to issue accounts within 1-2 business days moving forward.
