We integrated PUSH notification with Essentialapp but found that whenever
we tweaked a version, the messages would only go to the latest build.
Leaving out all the others. We have logs showing all push broadcast reach RIM, but the messages do not reach all devices that have installed the App

The push APIs should not descriminate based on application version. Can you provide some details on how you have tested this and determined that only the highest version receives the pushes?

Thanks for your message. We are use PHP to send push messages to devices using Blackberry Push API by sending push request from PHP server to push server with multiple PIN addresses. The messages are not delivered to all devices.
We did a push broadcast on Friday 27 July, 2012 and surprisingly no device got it. We use 5 to 7 devices to monitor push messages.

Have you performed a subscription query to determine if these devices are subscribed at the infrastructure level? If not, this would be a good place to begin troubleshooting.
