Yeah, you would have to add something in your Push Initiator to process the HTTP request.
e.g. a Java servlet
In the request itself, you could put the geolocation data.

Do you have an example please on what will be the code in the push initiator to recieve the HTTP request, I searched but I didnt find.

I have a question in a different domain, is there any manner in the BB10 to have a function that controls the vibration with different intesity (low, medium, high vibration) .

You could use the notification APIs to notify the user in the Hub and allow the user to indicate what notification settings they want to set for your app (e.g. sound, vibration, LED, etc.).
