This is an enterprise app.
I have an application with push, and I currently send it data regularly. Whenever I update the application, it alerts me that it cannot register push services since the appId or Invoke-target-id is currently in use.
This is an update of the previous app, so I'd imagine it wouldn't have a problem using the same Id. I have to change both the invoke-target-id and the appId for it to register.
Am I doing something wrong, or is this normal behavior?

What command specifically are you trying to call that fails? What is the exact response?
Can you verify that nothing as far as app ID, invoke target, push credentials etc have changed between installs?
How is the app being installed?
