Unable to register my device with push services

Hi Team

I am facing this issue since last two days, I am using evolution version of the BB push service for my application since last 25 days, it was working before and I am able to register my device for BB push service and that works fine for me.

However as I said since last two days whenever I am trying to register my device with push services, I am continuously getting unable to register and following is the error log.

Can any one help me, how get rid from this?

"Error: The Requested URL can not be retrieved"

Re: Unable to register my device with push services

Have you made any changes to your app in the past week?

When does your EVAL account expire (listed in the email with your credentials)?

Which APIs are you using for push? The post OS 5.0 ones?

Re: Unable to register my device with push services

I haven't made any changes since last week or two

As per email I still have my 3 more months valid to use eval account.

I am using BB OS 7.0

We still getting the same error.. "Reistration failed" error code 103

Please help me in this.

Thanks

Re: Unable to register my device with push services

Did you switch data plans, carriers or networks?

Please private message me the full URL you are using to register.

Re: Unable to register my device with push services

I have two devices on which I am running my application and both have the different carrier (Rogers and Bell), but both devices have full BIS data plan.

Can you please advice me how to send the private message?

Thanks

Re: Unable to register my device with push services

Thanks Sapan!

Your request looks good, which makes sense as it was working previously.

Have you tried to register today? I was just informed there was an issue with EVAL which was apparently resolved as of yesterday.

Re: Unable to register my device with push services

Are you using the PushLib43.java sample code? I just realized your connection URL is missing the required suffix (added in line 74 of PushUtils.java).
