I swear I read somewhere on the developer site where to contact for changes or extensions of Push Eval registration, but I am not finding it this morning. A gentle reminder would be appreciated.
Specifically, I am trying to work with someone in L'viv, Ukraine with my BlackBerry push (cp4714) and their BIS provider is saying the URL is invalid. I am suspecting that I originally just clicked "Americas" on my Eval registration form and would like to add EMEA and APAC.
In my defense, the registration form says "Mainly" and that is true for the eventual product, but it is not "Solely" Americas.
Any help or pointers of where to go for help would be appreciated.

You can fill out the form you used to register to evaluate the Push Service again to modify your details.

I don't think that new credentials will solve the problem. It's likely another issue, possibly on the server side, which we could investigate.
Can you provide more information about what errors you are seeing? Is it just this one person who has the error, or is it more widespread?

We have a developer in the Ukraine who is working on the client side. When he tries to register, gets an error. I cannot find his original message to me with more details from several months back. I had asked him to retry monday and he said:
I still get the error:
Cortext: Push Subscription status failed: java.io.IOException: Failed to transmit.
I've asked him for more details from his side - actual status.getError() returned (Failed to transmit is from status.getReason()), what our end-point resolves to from his network, who the BIS carrier is. Hopefully have that in the morning.
