3 RMA BB Q10 devices, and still can't get it right

I am on my 3rd Q10 (AT&T) and there are still issues.

The original issue was the screen.  Everytime I pressed or tapped on it to swype or selct something it had this wierd "sticky" sound... Like there was some left over glue from manufacturing under the screen.

 

I swapped it out at the AT&T center.  The replacement did not exhibit the same "sticky" screen problem, instead the contacts for the NFC under the battery cover rattle around and sound like a baby rattle.  Everytime the phone vibrates (for an incoming call, txt message, etc...) it sounds like a baby rattle.

 

I took the phone back to AT&T device warrenty center, which they did not have anymore replacements in stock.  They sent me a replacement via FedEx.  I received that one yesterday, and before I even powered it on, the screen has the "sticky" click and rattles just as much as the previous one.

 

I'm wondering if there is some problem in manufacturing.  I am going to send the 2nd replacement back, and keep my non "sticky" screen, rattling version.  Since NFC is pointless in the US, I am thinking of wedging some paper under the battery cover to keep it from rattling so much.

 

My problem is... I paid $200 USD for this phone.  I'm stuck with it for 2 years.  I LOVE the Q10, and BB10... Is this something that BB is aware of?  Any pointers on how to resolve?  I'm tired of driving all the way across town to the warrenty center to keep receiving defective units.

 

Anyone from BB out there that might be able to help?

the pins do rattle on my Z10, wifes Z10, Bold 9900 and on my Q10

 

If they were tighter it might wear out the contacts on the cover or make the cover too hard to put back on

Ok.. so it appears that it is not the gold contacts for the NFC.

I held them down tightly and received a vibrating message.  stil rattled like crazy... must be something else internal... it is annoying.

 

any ideas what it might be?  does everyones q10 do this?  my first one (the one with the "sticky" screen didn't do it.

Just RMAd the 4th Q10... good news.. the rattling has stopped!!!
