Alarm Clock Problms

I had my alarm set to play a song I downloaded onto the phone. It didnt play. Now when I go into clock mode, and click on options, it freezes up the clock, the hand stops moving and the clock wont respond anymore, also wont let me into clcok settings.

Thanks for the question.

 

I would first suggest removing the battery and placing it back in.

 

 If the issue still persists, then  we will need to gather some logs from the BlackBerry Q10 smartphone to find the root cause of the issue.  Please contact your network service provider and ask to be transferred to BlackBerry to create a ticket so we can get the logs.
