App World Download and Network Error

Hello,

 

I had purchased, cpl of weeks ago, an album (50 songs) and I am unable to download it.  Keep getting "Network Error".  I have tried WiFi, 4G and LTE.

 

I have also sent 4 emails to blackberryworldsupport@blackberry.com but no response.

 

Please Help.

Have you tried switching your phone off and then doing a battery-pull ?

 

I was having issues with App World last week too, doing a battery-pull fixed it.

same here.

 

we published a software configuration to our Blackberry Devices and they're listed in the "BB App World Work" under "public apps"... But while installing a "network error" occurs... it doesn't matter if we use WiFi/3G/4G.

 

any ideas?
