I had purchased, cpl of weeks ago, an album (50 songs) and I am unable to download it. Keep getting "Network Error". I have tried WiFi, 4G and LTE.
I have also sent 4 emails to firstname.lastname@example.org but no response.

we published a software configuration to our Blackberry Devices and they're listed in the "BB App World Work" under "public apps"... But while installing a "network error" occurs... it doesn't matter if we use WiFi/3G/4G.
