BB ID problem

recently i have bought new device BB q10 , i has made BB ID but problem is that verification link it has expire withen 24 hours so i could not verifi ,and i wrote same ID in my BB q10 ,  so by my same mail i delet that ID and make new, now problem is that my device needs to verifie my BB ID and i donot have old ID many times i wrote new ID but it did not accept , please help

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your BlacKBerry ID.


To clarify, you got a new BlackBerry Q10 and are trying to use the same BlackBerry ID on your older BlackBerry but you are unable to remember the password? So you deleted the BlackBerry ID but now can't create it again? 


Are you getting an error on your device? If so can you provide that error as it appears or a screen shot of it?
