BB Id

Just got a new Q10. Set up the wrong BB id. When I got the BB id confirmation email I selected the option to delete the BB id as not valid. However, my BB won't let me select a new BB id. A screen keeps popping up on my BB asking for the password for the BB id I deleted but because I deleted that id my BB won't recognize the password and the pop up screen won't let me use the new BB id I set up. How do I change the BB id on my Q10 to the proper one I have now set up without having to delete all data and start again????
