BB Q10 can not wipe-pl help

Currently i am not able to go in any Any Icons - like contacts,Setup & all . it was may be due to malfunction during upgradation..

Now i am not even able to even Wipe or Factory Settings!.. even during connection of BlackBerry Link, it is showing that :" pl disconnect your phone and complete setup app then pl again connect your device"..

 

So any other way  to do something> ? please help ...........................................
