Trying to backup and refresh my data using Blackberrry Link ... I get a message that the software does not support my new Q10 device? I'm referred to the Support page but didn't see any link to my problem. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

What version of BlackBerry Link are you currently using? Click on Settings at the top and the version will appear on the left. Also do you get this message immediately when you press backup?
Also are you using a PC or a Mac?
Were you able to create a backup in the past?

Make sure you have the latest version of BlackBerry Link installed. You can download it from here:
As of the time I write this the latest versions are 22.214.171.124 for windows and v126.96.36.199 for MacOS. Both released Today! (May 8, 2013)
