Battery life

Hi. How long can you operate your Q10 with a full charged battery? I can run it for aprox. 12 hours. I have 1 ActiveSync, 1 Gmail and 1 Facebook account. Everybody told about the great battery on the Q10 but I am really disaponted about it Smiley Sad I tried all the tips on internet to improve it but nothing helped.

Re: Battery life

I'm getting 24+ hours. I've read of others getting better, but quite honestly, 12-15 hours would be normal.

I am only using my Q10 moderately, and still my Z10 more extensively.

Re: Battery life

No apps in background, heavy use of emails. I use only 2G network and wifi. I will see how long it will last after some days. But I use the Q10 as much as I used my 9900 and the baterry gives me the same time. I hoped, the Q10 will be better.

Re: Battery life

I don't know but it's not the first I've seen with that kind of battery life.

It probably won't last for ever.

if you don't mind can you tell me what you running on daily basic because that is pretty good I mean if I use my Z10 just for phone calls and emails I think I can pull 24hrs or at least 16hrs!

I'm on twitter alot has well if i'm not twitter I just set there and read what other people are saying! Instagram is another one I just sit there & look at pictures all day!!!!

Hey i have no complaints 10-12 hrs is good enough for me plus just before I leave my office I plug it in for 20-30 mins no big deal I work 12 hours per day!

Hey Rob, first off remember, there is a BIG difference in the Z10 and Q10 and their respective battery life. The Q10 has a larger powered battery as well as it's screen is a OMLED screen which reduces battery consumption, so you really can't compare the two devices at all.

12 hours on the Z10, in my opinion, is great.
