BlackBerry Q10 Call Failure

Hello I just got my new Q10 its being great and its a awesome device but sometimes when calling I sometimes get a call failure window telling me the authorization for this network what should I need to do should I need to replace my Sim Card or try to update it to the latest version I need someones help thank you.

What version are you currently on?

 

Is this a new Sim/provider with the new phone or is it from one that worked previously?
