Hello, I have a BlackBerry Q10 for the T-Mobile network here in the USA. I was having problems with my phone and did a security wipe. Once the wipe was completed, the phone restarted and went through the setup wizard again (like how it was when I barely purchased it). So I checked English for my language, agreed to the terms of service, and then the phone saw that I was connected to the T-Mobile network.
The problem with the setup process began once it began looking for WiFi. It kept on scanning for WiFi for an infinite amount of time, found no connection, and didn't allow me to skip this process. I can't swipe to the next page to skip searching for WiFi. There's no way around it, therefore my phone can't start period because setup is not complete. It can't be used at all anymore.
A solution I thought may work was connecting it to my PC via usb and "reload" the phone as instructed in the software. Nothing happened.
So as far as things are concern the BlackBerry Q10 is unusable because I cannot skip the initial setup wizard when it prompts for WiFi.
