Just started to use my new Q10 - everythings works fine, except BB World appliaction does not open. When I click on the icon, it opens for half a second, but then desappears again if nothing would have happened. I also noticed that i seems to be impossible to re-install BB World App on Q10..
Thanks for hints and support how to solve this ennoying issue.

Have you attempted reinserting your battery as a test? If so, please backup as shown here: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB33526 and reload your BlackBerry 10 Device Software as shown here: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB34045
Test before restoring any backup data and let us know if this process addresses the issue for you.

Same problem here and the two last software updates since I posted my thread haven't solved the problem!!
By now I've gotten Software Release 10.2.0.429 and OS Version 10.2.0.1803.
Still the exact same problem as you described!
STILL NO FIX!
