I have the same problem with this topic
then i try to contact my carrier but unfortunately they say "But we only have limited information regarding this issue."
so how can i fixed this?
I always had BlackBerry Protect turned on but I never checked it. Until I try the website protect.blackberry.com to check if it's really working but it doesn't recognize my new device or my device isn’t associated with BlackBerry Protect. I tried many ways to fix it but nothing works. I live in Philippines my network provider is (globe telecom) .
my phone is locked only to globe telecom.
