My Q10 doesnt work on 2degrees (GSM/EDGE/3G) in New Zealand. The Q10 works fine on Telecom and Vodafone (other GSM/GPRS/3G carriers) and the small blackberry icon appears in the right hand corner to confirm this. I've checked all the APN settings etc.
I realise this may be more of a direct support question to Blackberry but when the guys at 2degrees recently looked into this problem they said it may be something to do with Blackberry not registering this carrier in the firmware that the device uses as 2degrees is a small carrier by global standards.
Can anyone confirm this and if so how do I log a fault with Blackberry to see if they can add 2degrees to the next firmware update as an approved carrier.

Happens to me too. No problem with Vodafone. Just sign up with 2degrees for 2 years and 3G won't register.
Very little help from 2degrees support.

I'm wondering if you got any answers to this. I find it interesting that despite taking BIS out of the equation with BB10, we're still tied to specific "approved" carriers if we want BBM on BB10 to work. (BBM on Android works on 2degrees, as with BBM on BB10 via WiFi from a mobile hotspot set up on an Android device using 2degrees mobile data.) I would imagine travelling and swapping SIM cards to be a bit of an exercise.
