Blackberry Q10

I have been a Blackberry user for over 10 years now and have used different BB handsets over these 10 years. Last  one was BB9860 and changed to Q10 a few days ago. I am however disappointed with the set and its operations. The biggest drawback is it does not come with a user manual which gives a  proper undeerstaanding of using various functions. Had a lot of problem on learning how to sav contact nos. from calls log, setting of applications and using applications.

Atleast  the basisc guide in print format should be  provided with handset.

Re: Blackberry Q10

In case you haven't found them, the electronic manuals, guides and other great helps are linked here:

Q10 Manuals, User Guides and How To links

Do you still need to know how to save contact numbers? In the phone log, touch and hold that line and in the right side pop-up touch the "face" icon to save that number to your contacts > then choose either new contact or add to existing.

Also, this link here refers to the Z10, but all tips apply to the Q10 as well.
