Re: Bluetooth in car

Hey robracko,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

What vehicle are you currently using?  Also if you remove the saved Bluetooth connection and then re-pair the Bluetooth connection, do you still receive the same error?

I look forward to your reply.

Cheers.

Re: Bluetooth in car

I have a camry. I have removed and installed my z10 in the car a few times.
The phone connects and disconnects all the time. It then connect as a portable device and then disconnects.
When I'm in a call, it drops the bt, and goes to the device and then re connects to the bt about 5 seconds later. But there is a delay. It is driving me crazy.
I'm almost ready to switch phones. There is also a line on my screen that does not work on most applications. I've learned to deal with that, but the bt is killing me. If there is any help out there I would appreciate it!

Re: Bluetooth in car

In Toyota Camry - 2012 model ,BT automatically tries to play music but if do not have any music on the phone then you get the message and the phone is stuck. You cannot cancel the message.

If you have music on your phone , then it plays the music .

To cancel this process, then get into BT setup and touch the Toyota entry until screen appears on right and select configuration screen and disable (OFF) Audio streaming.

This is a bug with Blackberry phone and NOT a problem with Toyota.
