All calls on my blackberry Q10 are currently being diverted to voicemail even though I have service. I have checked the call forwarding settings and these are set to normal settings.
How can I correct this so calls come through normally and only divert to voicemail if I am busy or out of service?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness shows up, the first thing to try is a proper reboot:
See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.

Just found this thread, wanted to see how many others have a problem with calls being randomly forwarded to voicemail, when you DO have signal? I've been fighting with AT&T for 7 years over this. Sometimes people will call me but cell never rings, and they get sent straight to VM. I don't ever know someone called until I get popup saying I have a new voicemail!
To make it worse, I NEVER get a missed call notice when this happens. So unless they leave a message I have NO way to know anyone called at all. This can happen when I'm in a car, sitting at home or walking down the street. It also can happen when I'm in another state!
AT&T keeps blaming the device even though I point out that the problem has persisted through my last six phones with 3 being Windows mobile 6.1 and 3 being BB10.
Has anyone run across this, or any suggestions on how I can fix this frustrating issue?
