Can not add email accounts to Q10

Hello,

 

Bought a Q10 recently and can only install 4 email accounts of my work domain. Any other domain can not be added as the system says that the login details are not correct. It works fine on my iPhone so this is clearly a Q10 issue.

All needed email accounts were working fine on my Bold 9900.

Can we solve this issue so I can get my device finally working properly or do I have to conclude that purchasing this device was a waste of money ?

Thank you for your question regarding the issue you are currently experiencing with integrating your email account on your BlackBerry Q10 smartphone.

 

What type of email account are you attempting to integrate and have your attempted doing so using the advanced integration method? Can you also please provide the exact error message as it appears?

I am having the same problem.

 

My email provider is www.mrsite.co.uk and my phone provider www.giffgaff.com

 

I cannot log in with just email address and password so have tried the advanced set up with IMAP but each time receive a message telling me that my server cannot connect.  I've tried every combination possible, including turning security off.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

I dont see IMAP supported on a mobile device

That's what their online chat advisor told me. I've tried setting up accounts with IMAP and POP and still receive an error message telling me the server cannot be reached. I'm sure when I first set up the phone I didn't have to add these extra details. Could it be connected to an OS upgrade?
