Can not turn on(booting) my blackberry Q10

Dear. Sir or Madame

 

I was using BlackBerry Q10 with no problem but all of a sudden it stoped, went out of power and won't reboot.

 

I am living in Korea, South and I have bought it via an overseas purchasing agent.

 

Since there is no A/S center in Korea, I don't know what can I do to get it fixed or be covered by the warranty.

 

Please let me know as soon as possible.

Connect it to the wall outlet charger, and let it charge for an hour or so, and then with it STILL connected to the charger, remove the battery and insert for reboot.

 

If that doesn't initially work, leave it connected to charge longer, and repeat.

 

You might also try with the SIM card removed.

At first, I appriciate your answer.

I tried to all of your answer but didn't work

If in normal situation, Connect charger with battery makes Q10 more warm (maybe all smartphones same)

But when I connect charger my q10 with battery, q10 don't to be warm

When I connect charger without battery
Led lamp twinkles yellow color just 0.5seconds

I think It's hardware problem.

I'm so embrrassed and sad.. Is there another solution?? If you know plz help me.

I can't answer your question,but I have one myself for YOU. I'm also living here in Korea, and I'm trying to activate my phone. For some reason, Sk can't seem to activate it. How did you activate yours, and what didyou do to make it work?
