Am unable to access music library on PC using BB link. Exact message is: "BlackBerry link wasn't able to load your music library."
ITunes is default player on PC (Windows 7). All other files on PC (i.e. documents, photos, and videos) were accessed by BlackBerry link. Suggestions? Thank you!

If your iTunes music is DRM-protected it probably won't load/play on anyting but an iPod or iPhone. Non-DRM protected music is now available on iTunes for $1.29 per song (vs. $0.99 for protected songs). Apple's default format for music files is AAC and the Q10 supports this format so any unprotected music should work.

Thank you for this information. I have both DRM-protected and non-DRM protected music in my ITunes library. The BB link doesn't seem able to detect the non-DRM music. I'm going to try seeing if music purchased from AMAZON and associated with my Windows Media Player will work. Appreciate yout thoughts on this,
